Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and commercially minded Influencer & PR Executive to lead Pink Honey’s influencer strategy. In this role, you will build authentic creator relationships, develop standout campaigns, and drive overall brand awareness. Additionally, you will work closely with our social team to plan, create, and edit engaging content across our channels—making this an exciting, varied role for someone who thrives in both PR and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Influencer Relationships: Build, nurture, and manage long-term, authentic relationships with content creators, influencers, and talent agencies.
  • PR & Campaign Delivery: Execute PR campaigns around product launches, key seasonal moments, and commercial priorities.
  • UGC & Seeding: Oversee product gifting and seeding campaigns to significantly increase organic User-Generated Content (UGC).
  • Brand Awareness: Spot new platform opportunities, industry trends, and emerging talent to keep Pink Honey ahead of the curve.
  • Content Creation & Editing: Shoot, edit, and produce content across channels (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with managing social media for a consumer brand, ideally in beauty or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful content and account growth
  • Demonstrate ability to create high-quality short-form videos and visual content (Reels, Tik Tok, Stories etc.)
  • Excellent understanding of current social media trends and platform algorithms
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar editing apps
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for the beauty industry and strong alignment with the Pink Honey brand aesthetic
