*Please note: Shipping costs may vary based on your location. The full shipping price will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery time frames begin once your parcel leaves our warehouse. Whilst we always aim to dispatch parcels as fast as possible, we ask to allow 2-4 days for dispatch. We always aim to meet our estimated delivery timeframes, but occasional unforeseen delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases. If you need an update on your order, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.

*Duties & Taxes:

Where applicable, duties and taxes will be calculated and charged at checkout, so you won’t face any additional charges upon delivery.

Please note, not all countries are shipped on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis. If duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, you may be contacted by your local customs office to make payment before your order is released.

We are not responsible for any duties or taxes applied by local authorities.

We want you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused, and sealed items, returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.

Please note:

• We do not offer returns or exchanges on opened or used makeup items.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
