Pink Honey Return & Refund Policy

At Pink Honey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help with our return and refund policy.

1. Returns

1.1. You may return any item purchased from Pink Honey within 14 days of receiving your order. 1.2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it, including the hygiene seal.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice). 1.3. Some items are non-returnable, including:
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty or damaged).

2. Return Process

2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at help@pinkhoney.co.uk with your order details and reason for the return. 2.2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. 2.3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages. 

3. Refunds

3.1. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 3.2. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. 3.3. Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
  • If the returned item is not in its original condition or is damaged, we may deduct a portion of the refund to cover the loss in value.

4. Exchanges

4.1. We offer exchanges only if the product you received is defective or damaged. In this case, please contact us at help@pinkhoney.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

5.1. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at help@pinkhoney.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on returning the item and offer a replacement or full refund, including the return shipping costs.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

6.1. If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time frame, please check with your bank or credit card provider first. 6.2. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at help@pinkhoney.co.uk, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
