"Your Haul, On Us" Competition T&C's

1. The Promoter

The promoter is Pink Honey Cosmetics Ltd ("Pink Honey", "we", "us"), registered in the United Kingdom. Website: www.pinkhoney.co.uk.

 

2. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and internationally where Pink Honey ships, aged 16 years or over, excluding employees of Pink Honey or anyone professionally connected with the competition.
  • Entrants must have a valid, public TikTok and/or Instagram account to participate. Entries from private accounts cannot be tracked or verified.

 

3. Promotional Period

The promotion opens on 2nd November 2026 and runs until 2nd December 2026. Entries submitted after this time will not be included into the competition.

 

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition:

  1. Receive an official order from Pink Honey in our new brand mailing box.
  2. Post an unboxing or haul video on TikTok or Instagram showing your Pink Honey haul featuring the new mailing box.
  3. Tag our official handle @PINKHONEYUK in your video caption or tag.
  4. Include the hashtag #PINKHONEYHAUL in your post caption.

No additional entry fee is required beyond the original product purchase. Multiple entries are permitted if you place multiple orders and create distinct videos for each separate order.

 

 

5. The Prize

  • A minimum of 3 winners will be selected to receive a 100% full refund of the qualifying order shown in the winning video.
  • The refund applies to the actual amount paid for the order featured in the video (including standard shipping paid, excluding any customs/extra fees where applicable).
  • The refund will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout on pinkhoney.co.uk. If the original payment method is unavailable or expired, a Pink Honey digital gift card of equal value will be issued. The prize is non-transferable and no alternative cash substitution is provided.

 

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected by Pink Honey periodically over the duration of the competition based on creativity, enthusiasm, and compliance with the entry instructions.
  • Winners will be contacted exclusively via Direct Message (DM) from our official verified social account @PINKHONEYUK. (Important: We will never ask for bank account details, passwords, or require you to click external registration links. Beware of clone accounts).
  • Winners must provide their valid Pink Honey Order Number matching the unboxed products within 7 days of notification to claim their prize. If a winner fails to respond within 7 days, Pink Honey reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

 

7. Content & Intellectual Property (UGC)

By entering the competition, you grant Pink Honey a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to repost, share, or feature your submitted video and social handle across Pink Honey’s marketing channels (including TikTok, Instagram, email newsletters, and website) for promotional purposes.

 

 

8. General Conditions & Social Platform Disclaimer

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, or Meta.
  • Pink Honey reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
  • Any personal data supplied will be used solely for the administration of this promotion in accordance with Pink Honey’s Privacy Policy.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
