Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and experienced Senior Social Media Marketer to lead and elevate our presence across TikTok, Instagram, and other key platforms. This role is integral to building brand awareness, driving engagement, and increasing sales - particularly through TikTok Shop and other emerging content commerce channels.
As a senior member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing social content strategies, managing live commerce activity, creating engaging content, and cultivating a strong online community aligned with the Pink Honey brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating content for our social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
- Going live on our TikTok Shop, with a clear strategy to drive engagement and sales
- Replying to comments and DMs across all social platforms
- Editing video and photo content for posts, stories, and short-form videos
- Creating and posting stories, including updates in our broadcast channel
- Capturing behind-the-scenes content at Pink Honey events and shoots
- Supporting community-building through consistent engagement and trend participation
- Identifying and flagging emerging creators who align with the Pink Honey brand
Requirements
- A passion for beauty, content creation, and community engagement
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram, including live shopping and trends
- Confident on camera and comfortable representing the brand during lives
- Proactive, creative, and a strong communicator
- Skilled at editing short-form video content (using apps like CapCut, InShot, etc.)
- Organised, responsive, and excited to be part of a fast-paced social team.
