Job Description

We’re looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented Social Media Strategist & Marketer to lead the development and execution of our digital strategy. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative content production and strategic marketing, with a strong focus on growing online presence and driving commercial success.

As Pink Honey’s first in-house marketing specialist, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to shape our brand’s online voice and presence from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for elevating our social media and marketing content across all platforms, with a core focus on growth, engagement, and performance-driven results.

You’ll work closely with our brand founder and collaborate with our existing social media team, who will support you with assets and contribute to the creative process. However, as this is a newly created role, you’ll need the confidence and autonomy to lead initiatives independently - owning both the strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a monthly content calendar, aligned with brand launches, promotions and trends
  • Create engaging, platform-specific content (Reels, Stories, Tik Toks, static posts, captions, etc.)
  • Manage daily posting, whilst working with our social team
  • Run and monitor paid social campaigns
  • Track performance metrics and use insights to optimise strategy
  • Stay on top of beauty trends, competitor activity and social media updates
  • Collaborate closely with the founder and team to maintain a cohesive brand voice

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with managing social media for a consumer brand, ideally in beauty or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful content and account growth
  • Demonstrate ability to create high-quality short-form videos and visual content (Reels, Tik Tok, Stories etc.)
  • Excellent understanding of current social media trends and platform algorithms
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar editing apps
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for the beauty industry and strong alignment with the Pink Honey brand aesthetic
