By placing an order and accepting at checkout you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions.
Shipping methods are based on working days.
Royal Mail deliver Mon-Fri
Delays with Royal Mail once it has left us need to be queried with them directly.
Returned items must be returned on a Tracked service after correspondence with our customer service team.
Our cosmetics for hygiene purposes DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted/change of mind. Makeup cannot be returned for hygiene purposes.
We offer no exchanges on cosmetics. If you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
We always recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we unfortunately can't be held responsible for any items that do not reach us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and cannot be opened.
Pink Honey Ltd is not liable for any customs charges.
All responsibility for allergies is down to the consumer to check the product specification prior to purchase. A patch test is necessary 24 hours before use of all cosmetics products.
